[600MRG] Frequency?

Those of us running CW QSO's typically make those QSO's around 474.5....The WSPR dial freq is 474.2 with carrier freqs centered 1500 hz up in a 200 hz wide passband.

Keep in mind that this weekend is the mini night of nights so that will change the game a bit for some of us.. Several of us will be participating in this event on CW so that likely means WSPR would not start until after we are done for the night (Note we are on WSPR every night right now).  Also note that the VE's have published freqs (maybe on VE7SL's blog?) for where several of them plan on camping out and operating for the event so you might look into that a bit more so you don't end up on an already occupied frequency.

In addition to posting here, many of us that are active hang out in the ON4KST logger and that will be a good place for you to get real time information about who might be QRV and on what QRG.  You will have to create a login for the site but its free and located at http://www.on4kst.org/chat/index.php .  Select the "2200-630m" link and that should get you there.

If you would like to make a CW QSO before hand, I and others will be more than happy to try to make that happen.  I will likely called CQ on 474.5 CW in the early evening this week as condx have been quite good before returning to WSPR.  Please feel free to call when you hear me.

Done on HF for a while.  Have a built QRPLabs generator ready and about
finished with a Class E amp, 100 watts.  Looks like my coax to the tower
connected to the tower at the top loaded to ground is about 60 ohms with a
little reactance and should be able to load.  RF got to go somewhere. 
(Ground!)

Someone give me a frequency in the 472 KHz band and I'll get something on
WSPR for this weekend.  Football all Saturday, but will try CW Fri night
and Sunday nite.
