[600MRG] Update on WG2XSV

As a couple of you already know, on Sunday I was able to raise my vertical
to 40 feet with three top loading wires of 25 feet each. As a result I have
been able to be decoded mid-day by VE7BDQ, John, in Delta BC. Then,
overnight I was pleased to see the following 20 stations decode XSV, listed
by greatest distance first. I have now reached as far EAST as Eric, XJM, in
W. PA

I have been reporting my power at 0.1 watts thinking I was putting out an
ERP of about 82 mW, but my decimal point was in the wrong place in my mind.
I am actually putting out about 820mW which is about 1 dB down from 1 Watt
ERP. So, I guess I had better declare the 1 watt ERP from now on.
