One point I forgot to mention.  I was hoping to use the low QRN opportunity 
to receive more WSPR signals but after two hours without utility power my 
local internet provider failed and I could no longer transmit reports to the 
WSPR data base.  It's the local cable company and apparently they only have 
battery backup for 2 hours!  At least on their internet service.  I don't 
use the TV service so I don't know if that crapped out also.
