[600MRG] WSPR-X WOES

Since re-starting my wspr beacon in Vancouver, I have tried to get wspr-x
to automatically upload my reception decodes from my old XP Toshiba laptop,
but to no avail. I have had to return to wspr2.12 every time. Restarting
wspr-x does not help.

Anyone else having this problem?
