[600MRG] WSPRnet database - update

Hi,

I have a limited space MySQL server up and running. I downloaded the 
September 2014 csv file and I have pulled 5,782,951 (five million plus) 
records into a table in the SQL server in just over six minutes. Some of 
the fields need to be tweaked but basically I have succeeded at 'proof 
of concept'. I'll play around and get some more rust and dust off of me 
while I am shopping at parts for and building the real SQL server here. 
Will the real server please stand up?
