I'm seeing an easily decodable signal showing up on 475.726 KHz, but it won't decode.. The activity list show XSH-15 transmitting there.. So far, he is being decode by 1 monitor.. If that is /15's signal, it looks like it is starting just a slight bit late which will result in no decodes.. Andy - KU4XR
