[600MRG] U3 kit on 600m - higher output power mod

Hi all,

For those of you using the U3 kit http://www.hanssummers.com please note
that I have now added a modifications page
http://www.hanssummers.com/ultimate3/ultimate3mods.html . One modification
that was proposed by three different constructors was to increase the
0.01uF coupling capacitor C5. This value is too low for LF/MF use. A 0.1uF
capacitor (or more) produces much more power output. Toni HB9ASB  measured
2.3W on 600m using three BS170 transistors in parallel and 13.8V PA voltage.
