[600MRG] WG2XSV will TX a CW beacon tonight

XSV will move up ~50 hz with a CW beacon tonight.
Freq: 475.100 kHz to get away from some possible carriers that some of the
guys out west are experiencing.

Pwr: 1 Watt ERP with varying SWR due to WX. The cw mode will let the rig
run cooler under higher SWR that may happen while I am sleeping.

Thanks for any reception reports or captures. The beacon will run at 12 wpm.
