[600MRG] Interesting wspr decode

That is me, Brian, W1IR/WG2XPJ.  Must have been pretty good conditions.  
My horizontal dipole in N VT is 6 ft up oriented 030/210 True with 1W 
ERP off the ends.  I suspect some of the horizontal radiation is not 
going straight up!
