[600MRG] WG2XJM 8-circle RX Array

With a break in the weather today (Sat), I was able to add two more 
elements (totaling 6 now) to a new 630M full-sized BSEF 8-circle receive 
array.  It is usable in 4 directions at the moment (NE, E, SW, W).
