[600MRG] WSPR last night

Managed to get some stuff back together for an overnight test run.

Ran the new WSPR 4.0. Works pretty good, nice and stable, no issues with 
uploads, lockups, or decodes. It does not have the nice near real time 
waterfall that is in WSJT-X but everything else is outstanding.

Also was trying out a new TS-590S, steep learning curve going from Yaesu 
to this new Kenwood. Still can't get the fool thing to TX with 
WSPR/WSJT. Anybody got any tips on how to implement the USB interface 
for WSJT? CAT/PTT, not the audio (got that going easily).

Condx poor, only had /20 in the log.
