[600MRG] WSPR Software Problems

Just as a note of interest, I have a fast W7 netbook that will not run 
WSPR properly in transmit mode.  The frequency jumps all over. It 
receives OK.  Nothing I tried fixed it.  My W7 laptop will run WSPR with 
10 other programs running at the same time!
