[600MRG] WE2XPQ last night WSPR

Just as Laurence said, I got a few decodes from him around 1000z. The RX 
array was pointed westward and my noise floor was a bit higher than 
usual. No east side stations were decoded, only WE2XPQ and VE7BDQ were 
in the overnight log.

Condx were probably not at best, with fewer than normal spots for my 
signal, although there was one new reporter, K3SIW.
