[600MRG] 630M IRF-540 AMP

The IRF-540 630M amp seems to be working very nice , signals on the drain and output
are nice and clean. I'm running with a 20 volt power supply , Getting 65-70 watts out.

Efficiency is around 85 % , running cool. Should be able to run on wspr-15.
Key down for 15 minutes with no fan , that's awesome .
