[600MRG] WSPRnet still down

WSPRnet appears to be up again and much of the data appears to be in the database.  Thank you for your reports!  I will review this later today.

The beacon continues to run and wx permitting will continue into tomorrow.

Looks like the WSPRnet website is still down...Just my luck when testing something.

If you were successful in hearing my small test antenna last night, I would appreciate direct reports if you have them.

Hopefully the system will start working again for tonight's session.
