[600MRG] OT: WD2XNS now OPERA OP05

WD2XNS now testing Opera OP05 on 136.000 dial. This requires switching to 50700 kHz for the 
frequency
to access OP05 mode ... which unfortunately result in incorrect frequency spots etc. Spotting
problems aside it may be an interesting test.
