I just discovered that I had my wspr tx freq set 110 hz higher than I
intended. No wonder I was not getting decodes. I was aboiut 10hz above the
wspr segment.

Decodes are now coming in. Thanks to WW6D, NR5O, and KK6EEW.

Too many variables for this old fart....LOL
