I have rebuilt and tuned my transmitting antenna.  I'm back on the air!  The 
new antenna won't be quite as efficient as the last version but it will be 
much less vulnerable to  ice.  Not that I'm expecting a repeat any time soon 
but I've learned a lesson.

Tonight I'll decode wspr and see if I can get a receiving decode for JT9.  I 
won't try transmitting JT9 until I solve the decode problem.  I'll also see 
if Ralphs PSK31 signal is strong enough for decoding.  I've been getting 
partial decodes but nothing solid yet.
