[600MRG] XJM THOR4 + WSQ2

OK all, back up w/ WSQ2 and THOR4.

Thanks for all the reports so far!  WSQ2 seems to be holding up 
reasonably well in these tough QRN conditions, with THOR4 being a hit 
and miss in many cases.

BTW, power is about 2W ERP.

I'll continue to leave the test transmissions running at least until 
0600Z or so.
