[600MRG] MSK Test Tomorrow

Robert - in the message I had said 0100-0200Z, but several western stations
correctly said that was too early for the west, which was my mistake.

I'm thinking 0300-0400Z Sunday morning (Sat night)  or 10pm EST.

Hope this works, I'm totally flexible.
