You can wade thought each of the updates by year at http://wireless.org.uk/oldnews.htm .  Most of them seem to be 1W ERP.  Listening to them talk on various reflectors, most notably the RSGB LF reflector, antennas are a mixed bag - some with large setups while others are running very minimal systems.  They seem to do well within their continental unit.

Anyone know what the power limitation is for the EU 630M Band .
Most of the station that are xmitting are running really low power.
