[600MRG] wspr-15 is on wspr-x software

FYI for those who can lauch wspr-x. I will continue to run wspr-15 on 474.200 kHz + 1610 Hz
on the :15 and :45 minute segments of each hour. I think XPQ in AK might also be running wspr-15 tonight. 
Hope to see some decodes. Rudy/20 has been decoding me on every segment so far. Thanks Rudy.
