[600MRG] WSPR Update - XKA Receptions

A quick note before hitting the hay for the night.. So far I have saw
10 transmissions from XKA showing in
the waterfall, but the static, and QSB are making decodes impossible
right now.. XXM, and XIQ decoding
fine as usual.. The rest of the active stations at this point,
stateside anyway, won't start showing up until
4 am ( 08:00 UTC )  or later, possibly not at all if the storm static
continues at present levels overnight..
