[600MRG] XIQ WSPR-15 474.2 + 810 Hz

I've readjusted freq to run at 474.2 KHz + 810 Hz starting at the 0215z cycle and will run all night at 17dbm.

I'm using the U3 so I don't have the facilities to receive due to lack of rx/tx switching.  For me to show up on the WSPRnet.org map, I will have to be decoded.  Just know that I am transmitting until sun up tomorrow.  CW ID at 475.600 like normal after each cycle.
