Noise floor has risen to -100 dBm from -115 during the day.  KL7L 
still showing -92 dBm in the SDR-IQ waterfall.  Unfortunately the 
SDR-IQ is not supported by WSPR.  WSPR only connects to soundcard 
audio but the SDR-IQ connects with digital IQ via USB port.

When I get a soundcard interface made for my KX3 I can try it on 
475-KHz.  Unfortunate that the K3 only tunes down to 490-KHz.  I will 
still need to build a transverter to be able to transmit below 
490-KHz using either the K3.
