[600MRG] XXM and- Ultimate 2/3 driver

Morning all - just one lonesome decode over night on a noisy band (so it must have been real bad down South)
WG2XXM WSPR -31 at 1006  @ 4600Kms on the L400B with nothing decoded on the main tx loop. Log uploaded
 
Ill be intermittently testing on around 475kHz later today CW and long carriers..just for locals.
 
If anyone has successfully used a Ultimate 2 or 3 to drive an external 500kHz class D PA direct from the DDS or via the BS170 (say into a TC4426 driving a IRF640)  Id like to hear about any pit falls before I let smoke escape :-)
