[600MRG] /20 report

It's about an hour before sunset here in DN07dg, central Washington, and 
I'm hearing Rudy's /20 signal about 20 dB above the noise floor.

Seems like it's a better signal than I heard from his old QTH but my 
memory is not reliable these days.

For reference, the S/N is about the same as I hear the Redmond, OR (RD) 
NDb, and the Astoria, OR NAVTEX station.

Using a 400' Beverage pointed to 235 degrees for this.
