I think things a bit better tonight.  0345Z zilch, 0400Z signals start to 
appear!  XIQ on WSPR, besides easy decodes I can see his signal on ARGO, 
that's a first.  Mike /12 is consistently just audible.  Pat and Neil are 
both in there with deep QSB but very clear traces when up, in fact I can 
just hear them audibly.  They're on completely different QSB cycles however. 
I can see and hear Ralph /7.   So it looks a little bit better tonight than 
I've seen for some time.
