[600MRG] XSV is QSX (listening) tonight

No transmitting last night nor tonight here at WG2XSV due to high winds. I
had to lower several sections of the vertical to protect it from gusts up
to 70 mph. Should be on again by Monday night if not sooner.

My dial is on 474.200 kHz USB tonight. I am seeing and hearing xsh/12 but
no wspr showing up as if 0130z.
