[600MRG] Monitoring 600 m WSPR during critical hours

Hi Andy,

I'll go ahead and fire up my WSPR beacon in the next hour.  I'll only be 
running 20%.  I'm still a bit wary of the amp when I may not be working 
nearby and keeping an eye on things.  I'll be in and out for lunch etc.
