[600MRG] Info needed on qrss program to key serial port

As a newbie, I found ON7YD's QRS v 4.08 for CW transmit.  My (new) 
business laptop has a real DB9 serial port.  QRS is very easy to use, 
but for it to run,  after installation you must right-click on the .exe 
and select properties/compatibility, then select Windows XP, Service Pack 2.
