[600MRG] Info needed on qrss program to key serial port

I thought I had downloaded a qrss beacon program some time ago that would
allow me to control the serial port of my PC.
I cant seem to find it now. The only thing I found on any of my computers
was a program that used the
sound card. That wont work for my 475 khz CW transmitter.

What are others using to beacon qrss with a cw-only transmitter??
