[600MRG] WD2XSH/12 Operations Notice

I got the antenna matching network re-tuned to the 472 to 479 kHz segment
this afternoon. The rig tunes to the lower sub band so I am going to try
operating in WSPR mode on 475.7 kHz starting this afternoon.
