WE2XGR/2 WSPR-15 shut down at 1230Z. Thanks to Eric, Joe, Dex, Pat, Garry, Jon, John, Dave, Jim and 
others that may have been looking. A large number of spots were posted near the theoretical minimum 
s/n ... with Garry winning top (or maybe bottom) honors at -39 dB s/n.

We owe Joe K1JT a big thanks for taking the time to develop WSPR-15 ...  which mainly benefit us LF 
and MF 'crazies'.
