Did something stupid and blew a FET in the big PA.  Replaced it with a FET of 
questionable origin and it failed pretty quickly.

Running Downconverter only now and I'm calling it 20 dbm to the antenna but who 
knows..  Its a lot less than granted power limit.  If everything continues to 
look good, I will run like this for the remainder of the night.

In the mean time, I am waiting on Mouser to deliver 10 more replacements in the 
morning.  I guess I should have ordered more last week.. who knew?
