[600MRG] Slightly OT- Lightship in Jersey City

I moved my daughter into an apartment in Jersey City NJ and was walking around the neighborhood. Her place is on the Morris Canal across from Liberty State Park.

There is a Lightship in the marina on the canal. Does anyone know which ship that was and if it is open to visitors?

It's presently painted with the name of the marina - Liberty Landing Marina.

I'm asking at this forum because the LF radiobeacon antenna is still installed and would make a great 600m beacon station.
