[600MRG] XCT captured ? in N. Utah

This is a second mention during the past few days of Pat, N4LTA, operating WG2XCT on 468kHz using QRSS.  The first was a 
500kc log entry by Jay, KA9CFD, in IL on 12Feb for QRSS.  Now, on 14Feb, we have a 600mrg message from Neil, W0YSE/7, in 
UT saying Pat is using QRSS30.

Pat: Please announce your operation details.
