Hallo US friends,
I am transmitting WSPR-15 on dial 474.2kHz, TX 475.817  kHz (1.67kHz), 
beginning from now till to morrow morning.

With WSPR-15, we do have a 8 time better change as with WSPR-2.
My ERP is about 0.5 to 1W.
