CW on new years eve sounds like an excellent idea!

If I call CQ, it will be on 474.5 but will listen up and down for others!

XJM will try to be QRV, will listen and periodically call CQ around 
474.5-474.75.  Will try to listen up in the 500kc segment if stations 
might be there also.
