[600MRG] WSPR-15

Rudy, Neil,

I brought up WSPR-15 at 0439Z and just got decodes for XSV at 475.811 KHz and XXM at  475.814 KHz.  

Both decodes are in the WSPR database and showing on the map.

Rudy - do you have the "Upload spots" bos checked?
