Not so much activity tonight.  XXM is decoding well on WSPR.  Mike /12 has a 
consistent trace but just barely audible.  I can just barely see Pat's 
trace.  Ralph /7 has a good signal tonight S4.

While watching the trace for XXM's WSPR signal I noticed that the QSB has a 
very short cycle tonight, about 30 sec.  During his 2 min transmission I 
could clearly see the QSB on the short cycle and quite deep.

We're having a bit of an ice event here, not like you guys in the Midwest 
and east but enough that I've  had to slacken my halyards to reduce the 
strain on the wires.  I have some 1200' of wire hanging up there and I'm 
paranoid.  That detunes the antenna so will be QRT for a few days since the 
prediction is for temps below freezing for the next several days even in 
mid-afternoon.  That kind of cold is quite unusual here.  We're real wimps 
when it comes to winter.
