I'm hearing a QRSS transmission or somebody tuning up about 475.7 kHz. I copy Ralph WD2XSH/7 on about 476.3 kHz. Both signals are Q5 QSO quality tonight. No sign of Neil on 477 kHz as of 0245 Z.
