[600MRG] XSV moved to 477.0 k on qrss3

All:
   I moved WG2XSV to 477.0 kHz in anticipation of a possible QSO with Rudy,
XSH/20 tonight. I have about 9 watts out of the FET final and my estimated
ERP is around 30 mW.

We are having snow today, tapering off this afternoon, and turning a lot
colder. It could be a good night for 630m between us tonight.
